Criteria for Applicants: We are always looking for exceptional talent aged 18+. To maintain our professional standards, all applicants must have:

  • A current Spotlight membership

  • A minimum of two professional credits

  • Please email representation@ghostlighttalent.co.uk with the following:

    • Subject Line: [Your Name] – Representation Request

    • Introduction: A brief summary of your background and why you are approaching Ghostlight Talent.

    • Materials: Your Spotlight profile link.

    • Your current CV and headshot.

  • We are currently prioritizing applications from the following groups:

    • Men (Ages 25 – 60): We are actively expanding our roster of male-identifying talent. We have a particular interest in Strong Male Singers (30+) and versatile character actors.

    • Global Majority Talent: We are particularly seeking talent of Black, Mixed/Dual Heritage, Middle Eastern, and Asian descent (all genders, with a priority focus on men 20 – 60).

    • Triple Threats & Musicians: Skilled Singers, Dancers, and Actor-Musicians (proficient in 2+ instruments).

    • LGBTQIA+ Community: We continue to welcome applications from across the full spectrum of the community.

    • Age Groups: We are focusing on talent aged 30 – 40 and Mature Actors (40 – 60).

  • Yes, absolutely! We never want to miss out on someone special just because they’re early in their career. Although these are our standard requirements, we occasionally make exceptions for standout talent.

    When applying, just make sure your application clearly demonstrates a compelling case for your representation.

  • To ensure your materials are reviewed by the entire team, please contact us via our central email rather than reaching out to individual agents. We welcome applications from all performers and aim to respond to every request. However, due to the high volume of submissions, we may not always be able to provide a personal response.
