As a green agency, Ghostlight Talent is committed to a paperless environment. We accept submissions and performance invitations exclusively via email.

Criteria for Applicants: We are always looking for exceptional talent. To maintain our professional standards, applicants should have Professional credits and/or relevant industry experience:

* Ages 3–17 (Under 18s): Relevant experience in the Arts required (professional credits welcomed, but not essential).

* Ages 30+: Current Spotlight membership required and a minimum of two professional credits required.

Note: Spotlight is not required for under-18s at the time of application, but having an active profile once representation is offered is strongly preferred to assist in securing work.

    * Introduction: A brief overview of your background, experience, skills, and why you should be considered for representation.

    * Materials: Spotlight profile link (if applicable), current CV, and headshots.

  • We are currently prioritising applications from:

    * Age Focus: Talent aged 3 to 17 and 30+.

    * Men (30+): Particularly strong male singers and versatile character actors.

    * Global Majority Talent (30+): All genders (Black, Asian, Middle Eastern, Dual/Mixed Heritage).

    * Triple Threats & Actor-Musicians: Skilled performers in two or more dance/performance styles, and musicians proficient in 2+ instruments.

    * LGBTQIA+ Community: We welcome applications across the full spectrum.

  • Yes, absolutely! We never want to miss out on someone special just because they’re early in their career. Although these are our standard requirements, we occasionally make exceptions for standout talent.

    When applying, just make sure your application clearly demonstrates a compelling case for your representation.

    Please include any relevant training or non-traditional experience, your talent and passion.

    If you would like to invite us to a production, please send your invitation in plenty of time - 2/3 weeks prior.

  • To ensure your materials are reviewed by the entire team, please contact us via our central email rather than reaching out to individual agents. We welcome applications from all performers and aim to respond to every request. However, due to the high volume of submissions, we may not always be able to provide a personal response.
