Back to Business: Closing the Books

With the inspiration from the theatre still fresh, it was straight back to work. Life at the agency has been non-stop since I officially closed my talent books.

The last few days have been a whirlwind of:

  • Reviewing Applications: I’ve spent hours going through the incredible influx of talent that applied.

  • The Tough Calls: Sadly, I've had to turn down a few people to keep our roster focused and manageable.

  • One-to-Ones: I’ve been holding introductory sessions with our newest signings.

Getting to know the "people" behind the headshots is my favourite part of the job. There is some serious skill coming into the agency right now, and I’m feeling incredibly energised about the weeks ahead!
