Landmark Moments & National Talent, with a Journey to Birmingham

It has been another beautifully full week here at Ghostlight, bridging massive milestones both on the desk and at home.

Expanding the Roster

First up on the business side, we’ve officially uploaded a handful of exceptional new talents to the Ghostlight website! It is incredibly exciting to see the searchable database growing with such high-caliber performers, and I can't wait to see the waves they make in the industry.

A Bittersweet Family Milestone

On a personal note, last week was deeply emotional as my eldest completed their final week in secondary education before they prepare to move on to college. It is a truly bittersweet transition watching your children hit these major life milestones, but the week ended on the ultimate high.

The Magic of the Music for Youth Festival 2026

To celebrate, the whole family travelled down to Birmingham to watch my eldest play in the prestigious Music for Youth Festival 2026. Being surrounded by thousands of incredibly talented young musicians from every corner of the UK, all bringing their passion to one place, was awe-inspiring.

It was also a joy to be back in Birmingham!!!!

It’s a city I love and hold incredibly dear to my heart, and experiencing that vibrant, creative energy alongside my family was the perfect reminder of why cultivating talent matters so much.

We are moving into this new week with a fresh perspective, ready to face new challenges and seize new opportunities.
