Looking back on last week, the phrase that keeps coming to mind is reasons to be cheerful.
Immediate Momentum
First off, I’ve recently welcomed a couple of fantastic new performers to Ghostlight, and they have hit the ground running. We had a whole string of auditions land last week, watching our newest additions secure opportunities right out of the gate is a brilliant validation of where the agency is heading.
London Calling
To top the week off, I made a trip down to London to catch Georga de la Cour’s play, Sisterland, at the Jack Studio Theatre.
It was absolute bliss to meet Georga in person and see the cast bring her words to life so wonderfully on stage,the play was top class! Chatting with her after the performance about her vision and where she plans to take the show next was so inspiring.
Looking Forward
Moments like these, connecting with our talent in person, seeing original work brought to life, and keeping the audition pipeline buzzing, are what it’s all about.
I’m really looking forward to the week ahead, with more in-person meetings, events on the horizon, and exciting things to come for Ghostlight Talent!
